How long does shipping take?
  • Item in stock ships within 48 hours. Orders will take between 3 - 5 business days to arrive in most metro areas of major cities. Other areas like remote areas depend on your destination and shipping method.
  • Parcels sent to Western Australia may take an additional two weeks to be delivered.
  • Pre-order items are shipped directly from Chinese warehouse within 8 to 12 business days of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket depending on your location and the fastest available service.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at petvibezau@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee only if the product is defective or damaged. We will give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. You' ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Only if the product is if item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.) Our shop only sells brand new products. Please measure the sizes carefully before purchase. Thanks for your support and understanding. Please Include all a name and order numbers on the returned parcels.
